Josette Giuffrida, DNP, FNP-C, is a dedicated healthcare professional with over 25 years of experience, including 21 years as a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. As the owner of REFRESH Medical Spa & Wellness, Josette combines her extensive primary care expertise with a passion for medical aesthetics, offering personalized care to each client. Her background in treating chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease, positions her as a well-rounded and compassionate practitioner.

With over 15 years of experience in the medical spa field, Josette is committed to staying at the forefront of the industry. She continually updates her knowledge through advanced training in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, anti-aging treatments, and preventive health guidelines. Her dedication to excellence is evident in the quality-driven, patient-focused care she provides, whether through in-person consultations or virtual telemedicine visits. Josette’s ability to grasp and apply new concepts quickly, combined with her proficiency in modern healthcare technologies, ensures that her patients receive the most up-to-date and effective treatments.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Josette enjoys all outdoor activities and values spending quality time with her husband, Anthony, and their two dogs. With over a decade of experience as a nurse, including extensive work in critical care, Stephanie brings a deep understanding of patient care to her role at REFRESH. Her background as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care has provided her with a strong foundation in holistic health, and she is now excited to focus on the world of aesthetics and weight loss.
Stephanie is passionate about helping her clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals, whether it's through rejuvenating treatments or guiding them on their weight loss journey. Seeing the transformation and confidence that comes from these changes is what drives her work every day.
Outside of the clinic, Stephanie is a proud wife and mother, living in the beautiful Lake Norman area with her husband, daughter, and son. She enjoys staying active with Pilates, exploring new restaurants, boating on the lake, and getting lost in a good book. Her goal is to bring the same balance and joy to her clients' lives that she strives for in her own.

Christine brings over 20 years of experience in cosmetic surgery and medical aesthetics with her to REFRESH. She is a licensed aesthetician, as well as being certified in Phlebotomy and IV Therapy. She is dedicated to developing customized treatments for her patient’s needs, followed by a personalized home care regime. She works with her patients long after their appointments and treatments to meet their skin care goals.

She has a passion for skin care and believes that a combination of a good home regimen, regular facials and laser services helps her clients age gracefully. She is results-driven, using the newest, most effective treatments available.
