Booking Policy
All clients will be required to leave a deposit to secure any appointment of 30 minutes or more. The booking fee is $25 for facial treatments and injectable services and $75 for laser services.
Cancellation Policy
Clients who cancel 24 hours or less before an appointment will forfeit any paid deposits and may be subject to a rebooking fee of $75.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled appointment will be processed without penalty.
Gift Card Terms and Return Policy
General Policy
Gift cards purchased online are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Purchase and Redemption

Gift cards can be purchased online and redeemed at our medical spa location.

Gift cards are valid for a limited time from the date of purchase, as stated on the card.
Returns and Exchanges

All gift card sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
