REFRESH LKN provides medical spa and wellness services including but not limited to injectable treatments, laser therapies, skincare services, weight loss programs, and hormone replacement therapy. All medical and aesthetic treatments are performed by licensed professionals under appropriate medical supervision.
Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments can be booked online or by calling 980-216-8484. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments.
Informed Consent
All treatments require informed consent prior to the procedure. During your consultation, our providers will explain the treatment, expected results, potential risks, and aftercare instructions. You will be asked to sign a consent form before any treatment is performed. You have the right to ask questions and to decline treatment at any time.
Payment and Pricing

Promotional pricing and package deals are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards do not expire and may be applied toward any service or product offered at REFRESH LKN. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.
